Billing
Insurance
We participate with several
major insurance plans. We will submit claims for participating
insurances. A current list of our participating insurances is posted in
the Billing icon on the Home Page. Yearly
updates of registrations and insurance cards help to keep our charts current.
Please bring your insurance card to each visit. Co pays are expected at
the time of service in order to avoid late fees.
Confidentiality
Our practice strives to keep the
highest level of patient confidentiality and respect. We follow strict
guidelines from the Health Insurance Accountability and Reliability Act
